Our management team will seamlessly oversee your project from the initial conception, through planning to completion.

We can handle all aspects of scheme: site investigation, health & safety issues, compliance with all building regulations and the appointment of contractors.

All Scomar Approved Contractors, are highly qualified, motivated and reliable. We have a similar vetting procedure for manufacturers, to ensure that the highest standards of build quality are met every time.

Each project is allocated its own dedicated project manager and, if required, a full-time interiors site manager. It is the interiors project manager's responsibility to bring the project to completion within the timeframes and budgetary constraints.

You will be kept informed and up to date with developments through regular meetings and reports, and consulted on any decisions required for an efficiently run site.
